I am very often amazed by the rate of change.
When I begin working with a client I always ask them what the outcome of our work will be?
It’s often focused around something important - something that has been in their mind for a while. Something they want - or sometimes, something they don’t want.
The clearer they are on that the more focused I can be…and we get to work.
Last month I began work with a senior leader who wanted to be more confident.
Last week I saw him for session 2. “Well it’s not confidence. I don’t need to work on that - I realise I had it all along. Let’s use our time for something else”
My response? “Ok. What’s next?”
NLP reminds us that change can be fast and easy. I love it when clients prove that to be true.
