Supporting leaders, teams and future talent to lead at their very best
Autumn is going to be as vibrant as the colourful leaves fluttering from the trees—a season filled with purposeful work. Across our projects, the focus has been the same—helping leaders and teams to connect with what it means to lead at their very best, consistently.
Refreshing coaching culture with Voyage Education Partnership
I’m kicking off the coaching refresh for Voyage Education Partnership.
Voyage are trailblazers in their sector. They have a clear, compelling vision: for every leader, manager and teacher to have access to coaching and to be equipped with the skills to coach others. It’s been my privilege to design and deliver a four-year coaching leader programme that has reached right across their organisation. This month’s refresh marks the next phase in their journey. It’s a chance to sharpen skills, reignite best practice and keep everyone on their A-game.
I’m delighted to be joined in this work by my associate, Alison Harris, who brings her own depth and energy to the coaching experience.

Celebrating young leadership with Top 30 Under 30
This year we’ve been supporting the delivery of two exciting programmes that have made a real difference this year.
The first is Top 30 Under 30—a programme I’ve been proud to support for the past four years. Over the last two, my associate Gillian has delivered this across Hull, Leeds, and South and West Yorkshire.
Top 30 equips young, ambitious leaders with the tools to excel:
Excellence in communication skills
Self-awareness and the ability to self-manage
Strategies to lead as their best — personally and professionally
This year’s cohort is about to enjoy their well-earned, ‘high-end’ celebration events, the perfect close to another inspiring chapter in developing the next generation of outstanding leaders. This work is so important, and we love being part of the delivery team!

Building culture and conscious Best Self leadership with Lhasa
This quarter also sees Gillian and me completing Lhasa’s “Being Our Best 2025” Cultural Leadership Programme. It’s an innovative, trailblazing initiative designed to help 40 leaders and future leaders deepen their self-awareness and develop strategies to lead as their best whilst strengthening how they work with and through others.
It’s a joy to curate and deliver this programme with Gillian’s support. Watching Lhasa’s leaders embrace this work and seeing the cultural impact ripple through their organisation is nothing short of inspiring.
We can’t wait to kick off the 2026 cohorts. Another 40! This company's dedication to culture is again, like my other clients, trail-blazingly inspiring!

The golden thread for all of this work
Each partnership and programme this autumn has a theme that weaves through - reflecting what Be your Best executive team coaching is all about: developing people to be the leaders they want to be and the version of them who will inspire others to be their best too.
“Nicola brings PRINT® and our experience as a team together in such an inclusive, positive, engaging way, it feels like something you really want to be part of.”
